Growing up, I remember my grandmother Rosario making the most incredible Latin meals and desserts. I recall standing in the kitchen and admiring her as she poured the batter into the molds and showed me each step of her recipes.

Latin Delights is my tribute to my grandmother Rosario and the memories we created when cooking, eating, and sharing stories with the family. As the years passed, I wrote down the recipes she created from her heart and added my own touches along the way. I believe you will enjoy them as much as my family does.
