New York Strip Plantain Fries
Ingredients:
4 8 oz New York Strip steak
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Chili powder
1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
1 Tablespoon Onion powder
1 Tablespoon Black pepper
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablet Beef rib flavor bouillon
4 Each Plantain, pintones, cut Julianne style
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Parsley, minced
1 Bunch Baby greens for garnish
Instructions:
In a mid size container, place all the seasoning close and shake well, rub the meat with the essence, a touch of extra virgin olive oil, and let refrigerate for at least 2 hour.
Place the plantain fries in a deep fat vegetable fryer until golden brown. Add chopped garlic, and chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Place the New York strip steaks on the grill; coon for few minutes each side until desired temperature.
Serve the steak with the plantain fries Provencal.
Garnish with baby greens on the side.
