Crème de Papaya topped with Liquor de Cassis

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:  

2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream

1 1/2 cups fat free milk

1 1/2 cups ripe papaya, peeled and cubed

1 oz. liquor de cassis

1 spring fresh mint 

Preparation: Place ice cream, milk, and papaya into a blender and blend for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Top with liquor de Cassis and spring of mint 

Lorena's Serving Suggestions: Serve in a tall glass and layer with Cassis. Substitute Papaya for the fruit of your choice.
