Crème de Papaya topped with Liquor de Cassis
Ingredients:
2 Cups Vanilla ice cream (low-fat)
1 1/2 Cups Milk (fat free)
1 1/2 Cups (ripe) Papaya, peeled and cubed
1 oz. Liquor de cassis
1 Spring Fresh mint
Instructions:
Place ice cream, milk, and papaya into a blender and blend for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
Top with liquor de Cassis and spring of mint
Tip: Serve in a tall glass and layer with Cassis. Substitute Papaya for the fruit of your choice.
