Add Some Miami Spice to Your Super Bowl Menu!

Miami-Based Celebrity Chef Lorena Garcia Brings a Latin Flair to Party Favorites

Miami, FL- Miami's culture is hot, hot, hot and it's the perfect place to host Super Bowl XLI. From its sultry weather, sexy city vibe and an array of cuisine that is uniquely its own - Miami is a city rich with culture, diversity and flavor! Miami-based Celebrity chef, Lorena Garcia, has developed a Super Bowl menu with such authenticity (and kick!), that you won't even need to leave your living room to enjoy a taste of the city!

Serving some of these exact recipes at Elements, her renowned restaurant in Miami's burgeoning Design District, and adding her signature Latin style to some traditional favorites, Lorena's Super Bowl menu offers easy and unique recipes to spice up your game day party.

  • Get the party started with Lorena's Latin cocktail concoctions! Mix-up a pitcher of her signature sangria, or spicy margarita (hint: a little hot sauce and chili salt will do the trick).
  • For a new take on traditional chicken wings, try Lorena's ginger orange glazed chicken wings to really get things kickin'!
  • Chicken Wings too spicy for you? Try Lorena's chicken ciabatta sandwiches with grilled chicken breast, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes and secret cilantro dressing.
  • Get out the grill! A char-grilled churrasco steak served with a side of black beans, sweet plantains and steamed rice will make everyone look forward to half-time!

You may not be able to get a ticket to the Super Bowl and enjoy the delicious cuisine of Miami firsthand, but with Lorena's diverse menu, you can impress football fans AND foodies with a taste of Miami!
