ASIAN STYLE TUNA CEVICHE

Description: Fresh ahi tuna Asian style ceviche, served in elegant martini glass

Qty Measure Ingredient

10 oz Tuna filet

1/4 Cup julianne red peppers

1/4 Cup julianne red onions

1/2 Cup cilantro

Leche de tigre:

1 Cup lemon juice

1/2 Each onion

1 Each carrot

1 tallos celery (apio)

1/4 Tablespoon vegetable oil

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbls soy sauce

1 tbls coconut milk

5 each wonton chips

1 Each lime

1 Cup endives

Instructions:

Cut the tuna in small pieces, set aside (refrigerate)

En un bowl mixed the tuna, red onions, peppers, set aside (refrigerate)

Place all the ingredients for the leche de tigre in a blender at high speed

Poor the leche de tigre with the tuna. (let marinate for 3 minutes)

Place the tuna ceviche in a martini glass, topped with cilantro, wonton chips, lime and endives .
